I’ve had it since I was 4. 9 years with asthma. It’s horrible! Sometimes I wonder how normal people breathe.
i need to have mine day and night
I’ll be 13 soon. I recently went to the doctor and they told me I have asthma. Before they told me it was broncidious but….now they told me. I get out of breath walking up stairs. Plus I’m coughing really bad right now. I just want this to go away.

yes very true. videos like this make it very easy to understand health problems. if they made a complete series, we would save money on health care.
I know it might sound reallly crazy, but I think their a cure for asthma that does not invlove any drug and take just couple of days, just type the word Buteyko and watch the videos
